I help you build a pipeline through LinkedIn, not just a following

Your company is excellent at what it does. The trouble is that the only people who know it are the ones you have already reached out to.

That is what I train teams to fix. Not posting more and not chasing a bigger following, but getting found for the work you already do, by the people who are already looking for it.

Most businesses are doing great work, but people are not reaching out ready to buy.

Most teams lose it at one of three points and cannot tell which one. Each talk below fixes one of them.

They find you

How to go from "who are you?" to "we already know your work"

For teams whose work is excellent but whose reputation stops with the people they already know.

  • What a buyer actually sees in the fourteen seconds they spend on one of your people's profiles
  • The words that decide whether you appear at all when someone searches for what you do
  • How to showcase the work you already deliver, so credibility is visible instead of assumed
  • How to build authority online, so that by the time someone searches your name they already know what you do and already want it

They trust you

Turn attention into conversations that go somewhere

For teams already active on LinkedIn and getting nothing back that looks like revenue.

  • Why a like is not interest, and what to do with the people who give you one
  • What to send instead of the connection request that everybody ignores
  • How your team opens a conversation without sounding like they are selling
  • What to say when a promising thread goes quiet, so it does not just sit there

They are ready to buy

Start closing on the call and stop losing deals at the last step

For sales teams losing good opportunities somewhere between the first conversation and the contract.

  • Why "let me think about it" almost never means they need time, and what to ask while they are still on the call
  • How to find out who else has to approve this, early enough to do something about it
  • Why talking about price before you have scoped the work is what costs you the deal
  • How to end every call knowing exactly where you stand, with the next step locked in or the money collected

Rethink how to show up online, and get LinkedIn working for your business

I offer keynotes, workshops and ongoing training.

Keynote

20 to 60 minutes

For a room that needs a clear view of what LinkedIn should be doing for the business.

They leave with a strategy they understand and know how to start on.

Workshop

90 minutes to a full day

For teams who need to do the work, not hear about it.

Everyone works on their own profile and their own pipeline, so LinkedIn starts responding differently.

Ongoing training

Monthly, over a quarter or more

For teams looking for ongoing guidance and faster results.

Sessions are built around the results your team is actually getting, so the strategy gets implemented rather than filed.

What your team does differently the week after

  • Your subject matter experts stop hiding behind the company page and start being recognised by name.
  • Your sales team stops sending messages that get ignored and starts having conversations that lead to meetings.
  • Your marketing team stops reporting followers and starts reporting enquiries.
  • Buyers arrive already knowing how your people think, so the first meeting starts from trust rather than from scratch.

Who you would be bringing in

Kanika Vasudeva, LinkedIn Strategist, keynote speaker and corporate LinkedIn trainer.

Eighteen years in corporate leadership across Europe, India and Australia, including BHP, PwC and ING. Engineer by training, MBA from IESE Business School.

I've sat on the buyer's side of the table, which is why what I teach is built around how B2B buyers actually decide rather than how the platform is usually taught.

My sessions are built around live examples worked through as a room rather than slides talked over, so people at every level leave with changes they can make that week.

Guest lecturer at Edith Cowan University and Curtin University. Host of the Business Expansion Tips podcast. Based in Perth, available nationally and internationally.

“Kanika's knowledge of and capabilities on LinkedIn are second to none. I've heard many of her presentations on LinkedIn personal branding and lead generation, and have always left with immense value and new ideas I can implement.”

Alex Hamilton, Strategy Director, White Chalk Road

“A few smart tweaks and a much clearer strategy are already bringing consistent organic growth in connections and followers daily. More importantly, I finally feel like I understand LinkedIn and how to use it properly.”

Xavier Crow, keynote speaker and mentalist, Command The Room

“What stood out most was Kanika's ability to translate LinkedIn best practices into actionable steps that students could implement immediately. I highly recommend Kanika to any organisation, university, or professional group seeking an expert speaker on LinkedIn, personal branding, and career development.”

Hina Fatima PhD, Lecturer, Edith Cowan University

“Kanika recently delivered a fantastic workshop for my students on building a personal brand through LinkedIn. Her advice was practical, engaging, and grounded in real-world experience. Students left with actionable strategies to strengthen their LinkedIn profiles.”

Questions I get asked before booking

What formats do you offer?

Three. A keynote of 20 to 60 minutes, a hands-on workshop running anywhere from a 90 minute kickoff to a full day, or ongoing monthly training over a quarter or more.

Who is the training for?

Sales, marketing and leadership teams, and the subject matter experts whose expertise is real but whose visibility is not.

It works best when the people in the room share the same buyers, because then they can build on each other rather than each going their own way.

What changes after the training?

Your subject matter experts stop hiding behind the company page. Your sales team stops sending messages that get ignored. Your marketing team starts reporting enquiries rather than followers.

Do we need a budget for tools or ads?

No. Everything I teach works on a free LinkedIn account. Some people find a premium subscription useful later, but nothing in the training depends on it.

How much time does this take from my team afterwards?

About an hour a day. The heavy work is in getting the profile and the positioning right once, and after that it settles into a rhythm.

If your team cannot find that hour, the training will not fix it, and I will tell you so before we book anything.

Not sure which one you need?

Let's talk it through. Thirty minutes, and we will work out whether it is a talk, a workshop, or something that runs longer.
